Brian Quintero, an assistant county attorney with the Harris County Attorney’s Office, has been invited to speak at Thursday’s West U Rotary Club meeting.
Quintero, who is knowledgeable as to the roles of constables in Texas, will talk about the duties of the Harris County Constables and how they interact with the courts and other law enforcement agencies.
The meeting will be held at 7:15 a.m. at Skeeters Mesquite Grill, 5529 Weslayan St.
