During its Monday night special session at 6 p.m., Bellaire City Council will hold a public hearing in regards to the proposed 2011 budget.
An overview of the budget for the fiscal year of Oct. 1, 2010 to Sept. 30, 2011 will be presented to council.
The public will have the opportunity to address council during the public hearing.

The public hearing will be held at 6 p.m. in the council chambers, 7008 S. Rice Ave.
