Bellaire High School Volleyball Team Wins District Championship

Bellaire High School won the District Varsity Volleyball Championship Oct. 22, after defeating Westside in three games.

Leading scorers were Miranda Rogers and Khourtni Fears with 9 kills each. Reagan Creely had 5 ace serves.

The team finished the season undefeated for the 11th year in a row and with their 11th district title.

The first playoff game will be against Cinco Ranch at 5:30 on Tuesday, Nov. 2. The game will be held at Cypress Lakes High School, 5750 Greenhouse Road, in Katy.

Take I-10 West to Greenhouse and head north (right) past Clay Road and Cypress Lakes High School will be on the right.
