Bellaire police arrested a 31-year-old man on Nov. 6 for possession of marijuana.
According to reports, officers pulled a vehicle over in the 6700 block of IH 610 West Service Road for driving without headlights or tail lights during nighttime hours.
During the traffic stop, police found 5.2 grams of marijuana hidden in a messenger bag in the vehicle.
The driver, Joseph Crump, admitted that the marijuana was his and was arrested for the offense.
Crump also had two warrants with the City of Bellaire, police said.
