Bellaire Police found four teenagers to be in possession of controlled substances on July 29.
Randall Garza, 18, was pulled over in the 800 block of Anderson for running a stop sign and speeding, police said.
During the traffic stop, police found Garza to be in possession of four diazepam pills.
His front seat passenger, a 16-year-old male, was in possession of nine carisoprodol pills.
Garza’s two other passengers were issued misdemeanor citations.
A 16-year-old male was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
James Martin, 17, was cited for minor in consumption of alcohol.
