Bellaire police arrested a 22-year-old man on Nov. 10 for failure to identify fugitive from justice.
According to reports, police pulled a vehicle over in the 4700 block of Bellaire for a defective headlight.
During the traffic stop, the driver, Jabari Williams, gave a false name and date of birth to the officer.
Williams was arrested and charged with failure to identify fugitive from justice.
He also had two outstanding felony warrants with Harris County.
