Bellaire Police Arrest Numerous Drivers For Driving While License Suspended

Police arrested numerous drivers between Nov. 21-28 for driving while license suspended.

Bellaire police arrested a 24-year-old man on Nov. 21 for driving while license suspended.

According to reports, police pulled a vehicle over in the 6300 block of IH 610 southbound for driving without taillights.

During the traffic stop, the driver, Markell Johnson, was found to be driving while license suspended for no insurance.

Johnson was arrested and charged for the offense.

On Nov. 23, Juan Rodriguez, 29, was arrested for driving while license suspended.

According to reports, Rodriguez was pulled over in the 5000 block of Fournace Place for traffic violations.

During the traffic stop, Rodriguez was found to be driving with a suspended license.

He was arrested for driving while license suspended enhanced for one previous conviction, police said.

On Nov. 28, Christopher Long, 42, was arrested for driving while license invalid.

According to reports, Long was pulled over in the 6500 block of IH 610 northbound for driving 75 mph in a 60 mph speed zone.

During the traffic stop, he was found to be driving while license invalid and was arrested for the offense.
