Bellaire Police Bust Two On Prostitution Charges, Arrests Follow Two-Month Investigation

Bellaire Police arrested two women allegedly involved in prostitution at a Bellaire business.

The arrests came following a two month investigation.

Police were reportedly made aware of the prostitution complaints at the business “Acupuncture by Anna Wu” located at 5312 Bellaire Blvd. # A. the investigation led to the arrest of Anna Wu, 61, and Wanqun Peng, 52.

Wu was arrested on Jan. 12 for operating a massage parlor without a license. She was released from the Harris County jail on a $500 bond.

Peng was arrested on Jan. 12 for two counts of prostitution.

According to documents on file with the Harris County District Clerk’s office, Peng agreed to engage in sexual conduct, “deviated sexual intercourse” and performed oral sex for a fee.

She was released from Harris County jail on a $500 bond.

Both women are scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 28.
