Bellaire Police Investigating Home Burglary, Motor Vehicle Burglaries

Bellaire police are investigating a home burglary and burglaries of motor vehicles that took place from Dec. 27-Jan. 4.

Bellaire police are investigating a home burglary that occurred on Dec. 27 in the 4600 block of Holt.

According to reports, police responded to a burglary alarm at the residence around 6:50 a.m.

When officers arrived, they found that a back window was broken out and two laptop computers were missing from the home.

The following incidents are also under investigation with the Bellaire Police Department:

On Dec. 29, an unknown suspect threw a 2 liter bottle of soda through the front window of a residence in the 4600 block of Huisache.

On Jan. 4, someone stole a car cover from a vehicle that was parked in the driveway of a home in the 4900 block of Jessamine.

On Jan. 4, an unknown suspect broke into a vehicle in the 6300 block of West Loop South and stole a radar detector.

On Jan. 4, a radar detector was stolen from a vehicle in the 5400 block of West Loop South.
