Bellaire Police Release Sketch Of Man Who Took Shot At Home

Bellaire Police released this sketch of the man who took a shot at a home in the 500 block of S. Third St. on April 15.

The Bellaire Police Department released a sketch of the man who fired a gunshot into the front door of a home in the 500 block of S. Third St. on April 15.

The man walked up to the door, rang the bell and fired a shot as the resident came to answer the door, Officer Tim Quimby said.

The shot did not injure anyone in the home.

This is the second time this incident has occurred in the last month, Quimby said.

No other incidents have occurred since April 15, he said.

The male suspect is described as being a 5 foot 7 inch tall Hispanic man in his late teens with a slim build and clean shaven. He was last seen wearing a long sleeve navy blue shirt with stripes and blue jeans. He could possibly be driving a grey minivan.

This incident in under investigation.
