Bellaire Police Respond To Disturbance Call, Make Arrests For Assault

Police arrested several people on Oct. 30 for assault.

Bellaire police arrested a 55-year-old woman on Oct. 30 for assaulting a family member.

According to reports, police responded to a disturbance in the 4900 block of Jessamine.

During the investigation, police found that the suspect, Donna Hodge, had hit a family member with an open hand, leaving a red mark.

Hodge was arrested for class A assault.

On Oct. 30, Ami Kass, 33 and Jeremy Kass, 23, were arrested and charged with assault.

According to reports, police responded to a disturbance in the 4800 block of Holt because the caller said her brother had assaulted her.

Police determined that both brother and sister had assaulted each other.

Both were arrested and charged with class C assault.
