Bellaire Resident Points Handgun At Delivery Truck, Charged With Deadly Conduct

Bellaire police arrested a 48-year-old man for deadly conduct on Sept. 20.

Bellaire police arrested a 48-year-old Bellaire resident on Sept. 20 for deadly conduct.

Police were called to the 5200 block of Beech because of a weapon’s disturbance.

According to reports, Robert Shaver came out of his Beech Street residence and pointed a handgun at a man who had parked his delivery truck and trailer in front of his driveway.

Shaver was taken into custody and charged with deadly conduct.
