All incidents are under investigation with the Bellaire Police Department:
On June 14, a lap top was stolen out of a restroom in the 6500 block of West Loop South.
On June 14, a burglar entered a home in the 4600 block of Holt and used an unknown object to make holes in the walls. The resident also noticed several items missing from the home.
On June 14, a purse was stolen out of a vehicle around 9:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of Bissonnet. Someone broke out the window of the vehicle and took the purse.
On June 15, a resident’s credit card was stolen from her wallet and several fraudulent purchases were made using the card.
On June 16, a window was smashed on a business in the 5000 block of Bissonnet.
On June 16, a Bellaire city employee threw an empty recycling bin in the 4900 block of Holt and struck a parked vehicle, without knowing it. The recycling bin caused the passenger side mirror to break and fall off.
On June 18, someone used a Bellaire resident’s personal information to apply for several credit cards and health insurance.
On June 18, a purse was stolen out of a vehicle in the 4900 block of Willow and then a large sum of money was removed from her bank account.
On June 18, money was stolen out of a wallet that a resident had left in a chair in the 6700 block of West Loop South.
On June 18, several items were stolen from Family Dollar, 5861 Bissonnet, around 9 p.m.
On June 19, the window of the women’s gym door at Bellaire High School was broken.
