Bellaire residents can hold a garage sale without a permit during the city wide garage sale on Saturday, April 30.
For the second year in a row, the Recycling Committee is not requiring residents to fill out a form to hold a garage sale.
Residents will be able to hold a garage sale without registration or a permit but are responsible for their own advertising.
In case of rainy weather, the city wide garage sale will be held on Saturday, May 7.
