Bellaire’s solid waste crews are resuming their normal household trash and recycling pickup schedules today. Those who missed collection on Monday and Tuesday, due to the severe weather and flooding, should wait until their next regularly scheduled days to place waste at the curb.
In a statement, the city thanked residents for observing the cancellations that allowed crews to focus on picking up debris: “Your efforts made our recovery much easier,” it read.
On Wednesday, recyclables will be picked up in areas A, C, and D with limbs/brush pickup in area B. Solid Waste pickup will resume its normal schedule on Thursday in areas A, B, and E, with limb/brush pickup in area C.
