The city of Bellaire warned residents Wednesday morning to treat the impending severe weather as they would a tropical storm or hurricane by moving items that could turn into projectiles, moving vehicles to high ground and away from trees. With Wednesday being recycling pickup day, the city suggests that recycling bins be moved inside until the storm has passed, when they will be picked up.
