The City of Bellaire will hold their second annual ‘Howl’-O-Ween Dog Parade from 8:30-10 a.m. Oct. 18. The parade begins at Evergreen Park and ends at the Officer Lucy Dog Park.
Cost is $10 per dog, limited to the first 50 entries. All proceeds benefit the Officer Lucy Dog Park. Participants can register at the Bellaire Recreation Center, 5125 Laurel St., by Oct. 17 at 3 p.m.
Prizes will be awarded for a costume contest in large and small dog categories including best fright costume, best in show costume and best owner/pet costume. For more information, call the Bellaire Parks and Recreation at 713-662-8280.
