The City of Bellaire will hold their National Night Out crime prevention event from 6-10 p.m. Oct. 7. Neighborhood groups are encouraged to organize ‘block party’ style events such as barbeques.
Officers from the Bellaire Police Department will visit each block party to answer questions from residents. This year’s theme is burglary prevention.
Any resident interested in hosting an event can contact Community Resource Officer Tim Quimby at 713-662-8103 or at tquimby@bellairepolice.com.
