November 18, 2008 by Essentials Staff Leave a Comment

Nov. 17, 2008 was named “Betty Aillet Day” in honor of Aillet’s more than 12,000 hours of service to the city in her 63 years as a resident. Aillet served on the Senior Board for more than a decade, and as a volunteer has logged in enough hours to equal five-and-a-half years of a 40-hour work-week.
