Burglar Breaks Into Locked Vehicle, Steals $1,000 In Cash

Bellaire police are investigating a car burglary that took place in the 5100 block of Bellaire Blvd. on Nov. 24.

According to reports, an unknown burglar broke the passenger side window of a vehicle that was parked on Bellaire Boulevard and stole $1,000 in cash.

The money was in an envelope in the center console of the vehicle, police said.

This incident is under investigation.
