Houston issues boil-water notice after safety breach; Law Street in West U affected

The city of Houston issued a boil-water notice Sunday after a power issue compromised safety at one of its water purification plants. Fire closes Jax Grill

A fire has closed Jax Grill, 6510 S. Rice Ave., but the owners say the fast casual eatery will be shuttered for “a short time,”and that they will repair and reopen.
