The Bellaire City Library will celebrate Columbus Day with a Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria craft time at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 13. The crafts are designed for children ages 6 and older. The library is located at 5111 Jessamine, for more information call 713-662-8160.
