Council Members Sworn-In, Bringing New Era For Bellaire Government

Bellaire officially has two new city council members after a swearing-in ceremony Monday before a standing-room only crowd. Corbett Parker and Andrew Friedberg now join newly elected Councilwoman Mandy Nathan on the Dias. The addition of the three new members will have a profound change on the council.
