The Bellaire City Council will hold a special executive session at 6 p.m. Nov. 17 to discuss the reappointment of Alan Petrov as city attorney. Council will reconvene in open session following the discussion to take action. The closed portion of the meeting will take place in the Council Conference Room on the first floor of City Hall, 7008 South Rice Ave.
Council will then hold their regular session at 7 p.m. City Manager Bernie Satterwhite will discuss Rebuild Bellaire Program, Phase Two projects, as well as plans to implement recycling at the Family Aquatics Center and other city facilities. The winter operating schedule for the Therapy Pool at Evergreen Park will also be discussed. Chief Financial Officer Donna Todd will present the city’s finance report.
