Two officers conducting a traffic stop in the 5000 block of Bissonnet saw a blue Ford Expedition approach them. A female passenger in the vehicle blew the horn and yelled to get the officers’ attention. The officers pulled over the car and found both driver and passenger to be intoxicated. The driver was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, and the passenger was arrested on outstanding Houston municipal warrants.
