Public Intoxication
At 3:32am Officers observed a vehicle illegally parked on a lawn blocking a sidewalk in the 4100 block of Judson Street. Officers observed a subject sitting in the driver seat, sleeping behind the wheel. Through further investigation it was determined that the driver was intoxicated and a danger to himself and others and subsequently arrested for Public Intoxication.
Did the police charge him for a wakeup call?
