West U Senior Services will host a croquet tournament Tuesday, June 10 — if enough players show up to participate in the competition for a “Grand Prize.”
West U recreation specialist Patricia Noren said, “I’m still working on what that grand prize might be.”
But, last year’s croquet tournament for seniors “was a real hoot,” Noren said.
West U resident Joe Mitchell was the tournament champion last year.
The tournament will start promptly at 10:15 a.m., Noren said. Players do not need to dress with all-white classic croquet clothing, “but that might be a lot of fun,” Noren said.
