The Bellaire police will be etching VIN — vehicle identification numbers — onto windows from 8-11 this morning (Wednesday, March 9) at the station, 5110 Jessamine St.
The process takes about 10 minutes and provides an extra measure of identification in case of vehicle theft — and may help you qualify for up to a 15 percent discount on your insurance.
