We wish the BPD would catch them before they kill themselves or one of the rest of us.

Last month I was hit downtown by a driver who ran a red light who then attempted to flee the scene of the accident. I was so mad that with wheels of my car falling off I chased and with the assistance of HPD we caught the driver. They handcuffed and led the person to jail. So Mr. Riquelmy I am very much in agreement with you !!
