Police arrested a 39-year-old Houston resident on Jan. 31 after he assaulted an elderly Bellaire man.
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to the 8000 block of S. Rice because a male suspect was assaulting an elderly man on the sidewalk.
According to police, the elderly man sustained minor injuries.
Police arrested Anthony Jameson for assault to an elderly person.
Jameson was also arrested with two counts of aggravated assault of a peace officer after he “spat” in several officer’s faces, police said.
