The Bellaire City Library will hold a Halloween ‘Spook-Tacular’ from 6:30-7:45 p.m. Oct. 28 at the library, 5111 Jessamine, 713-662-8160. Ages 7 and under are invited for some not-so-scary activities, and are encouraged to come in costume.
