All West University Place city offices, plus the Community Center and Recreation Center, will be closed Tuesday for the New Year’s holiday.
Solid waste collection, including household trash, recycling and yard waste, will be suspended for the day. Homes normally receiving Tuesday service will receive it on Wednesday, with Monday, Thursday and Friday routes unaffected by the holiday schedule.
Only parks and emergency services will be observing business-as-usual all week.
