JCC Gymnast Wins At National Competition

A member of the Jewish Community Center’s Houston Gymnastics Center has the potential to be Olympic bound. The team placed at the National Future Stars Competition at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado this past weekend, and 11-year-old Jordan King made the National Development Team by placing 7th in the country, which includes attendance at a special camp to be held at the Olympic Training Center next summer

Jordan placed in the 10-11 age group qualifying for the Junior Level. Team members. Jack Peachee,10, and Harrison Rosenthal, 10, placed 35th and 37th in the competition.
