Sidewalk construction on the west side of Kirby Drive has been rescheduled to begin Nov. 10. The project was initially set start Monday, Nov. 3. The project is part of an agreement between the City of Houston and the City of West University Place. Construction will start on the south end of Kirby Drive near Bellaire Boulevard and move northward ending at University Boulevard.
Residents will specific questions or concerns regarding possible conflicts with landscaping or construction in the right-of-way should contact Gerardo Barrera, contract administrator for West U., at 713-662-5395.
