Two men and a woman were arrested by Bellaire police around 2:05 a.m. Dec. 8 after the driver was pulled over for traffic violations. The officer saw the maroon Ford leaving a location in the 6600 block of Ferris and travel westbound on Dashwood, and stopped the car in the 5500 block of Dashwood. The driver, Guadalupe Suastigui, 40, was arrested for possession of a fictitious Resident Alien card. The right rear passenger, Jose Cruz, 36, was arrested for public intoxication and the left rear passenger, Debbie Mares-Gaitan, 38, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
A home in the 5300 block of Aspen was burglarized around 11:25 a.m. Dec. 9. An officer was dispatched to the home in response to a burglary alarm, and found that an unknown suspect had entered the residence through an unlocked window and stolen property. The incident is under investigation.
A 45-year-old man was arrested around 8:36 p.m. Dec. 9 for felony theft at the Randall’s grocery store at 5130 Bellaire Blvd. The officer located the suspect, and according to reports, the stolen property. Darryl Fisher was arrested for felony theft due to previous convictions as well as an outstanding warrant for his arrest with the Missouri City Police Department.
45-year-old Beatrice White was arrested for felony theft after she allegedly left the Randall’s grocery store with a cart full of groceries without paying for them. According to reports, White also shoplifted several items from the H.E.B. grocery store in the 5130 block of Cedar. White was charged with felony theft due to several previous convictions for theft.
Luis Alejandro, 22, was arrested for possession of marijuana and a warrant out of Harris County after he was pulled over around 12:23 a.m. Dec. 9 in the 5000 block of Bissonnet. Alejandro was pulled over for a missing license plate on the front of the silver Ford Mustang he was driving.
