Motorists Arrested For Outstanding West U Warrants

Several motorists were arrested for outstanding warrants from Oct. 17-21.
A 41-year-old Houston resident was arrested on Oct. 17 for outstanding West U warrants.
Lachinda Bocard was arrested for four outstanding warrants.
Her warrants were for failure to appear, defective headlight, failure to change Texas driver’s license address and expired registration, police said.
She was released from jail on Oct. 18 for time served.
On Oct. 19, Justin Carmen, a 21-year-old Beaumont resident, was arrested for five outstanding West U warrants.
Carmen’s warrants were for failure to appear, speeding, no insurance, expired registration and expired inspection.
He posted bond and was released from jail.
On Oct. 21, Jimmie Bell, a 53-year-old Houston resident, was arrested for one outstanding West U warrant.
Bell’s warrant was for no insurance.
He paid a fine and was released from jail.
