Murder-Mystery Musical Starts At St. Agnes

St. Agnes Academy students will stage “Curtains,” a musical comedy skewering typical backstage murder-mystery plots, as the school’s fall musical Oct. 1-4.

“Curtains,” a musical comedy skewering typical backstage murder-mystery plots, runs at St. Agnes Academy from Oct. 1-4.
Presented by the school’s Blackbox Musicals group in the Academy’s auditorium, the curtain rises at 7:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. The Sunday performance begins at 2 p.m. Tickets are $10 and available prior to performances or by contacting 713-219-5515 or jwood@st-agnes.org.
Students with featured roles include Amy Aquino, Mark Storey, Kimberly Cuccia, Gabe Velasquez, Ian Boullion, Mary Cate Stevenson, Jared Castillo, Justin Jones, Sofia Saavedra, Pablo Medina and Katie Caravantes.
St. Agnes Academy, located in southwest Houston, provides a Catholic college preparatory education that encourages young women to develop intellectual curiosity, to work for social justice and to act with integrity and compassion.
