The Nature Discovery Center will host a movie night on Friday, June 3 in Russ Pitman Park, 7112 Newcastle.
The movie night is a family friendly event featuring the showing of the recent hit movie, “How to Train Your Dragon.”
A picnic will be held at 6:30 p.m. with the movie to start at 7:30 p.m.
Residents are encouraged to bring blankets and to come early to enjoy games, a bounce house, and a picnic of movie-style concessions including pizza, hot dogs, popcorn and cotton candy, amongst other things.
Tickets are $5 in advance and will be available online starting Tuesday, May 17 or $10 at the door, including a coupon for $2 in concessions. Children age 2 and under are free.
