Due to approaching Topical Storm Edouard, the City of West U. has postponed normal curbside garbage and recycling collection for Tuesday Aug. 5 and Wednesday Aug. 6. Representatives say services will resume to normal collection as soon as possible.
Colonial Pool, the West U. Recreation Center, the Community Building and Senior Services are also closed tomorrow, Aug. 5. All classes have been cancelled.
The Houston Independent School District announced earlier that all HISD activities scheduled for tomorrow are also cancelled due to the approaching storm.
