The playground at Whitt Johnson Park in West University Place will close for one week beginning Thursday, Sept. 25. The closure is due to the installation of a new Tree House play element, a project funded through the Friends of West University Place Parks, private donations from the Siegel family and additional donors.
The basketball courts and gazebo will remain open.
