Police Arrest Bellaire High School Students For Possession Of Marijuana, Xanax

Bellaire Police arrested a 26-year-old man on Sept. 5 for possession of marijuana and intent to deliver after finding several bags of marijuana and cocaine on his person.

According to reports, police found Roderick Steptoe asleep in his vehicle in the 5300 block of Bellaire Blvd. at 6:43 a.m.

During the investigation, Steptoe was found to be in possession of 15 small baggies of powder cocaine and 12 small baggies of marijuana.

He was arrested for the offense.

On Aug. 31, Emily Huang, a 17-year-old Bellaire High School student, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Police were called to the assistant principal’s office because a female student was under the influence of drugs, police said.

Huang was found to be in possession of hydrocodone and lorazepam and 2 grams of marijuana.

She was arrested for the offense.

On Aug. 31, Curtis Byers, 26, was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Byers was pulled over in the 5100 block of Bellaire Blvd. for expired registration of 8/09.

During the traffic stop, Byers was found to be in possession of 2 grams of marijuana.

He was arrested for the offense.

On Sept. 2, a Bellaire High School student was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

The male student was in possession of xanax.

    Everyone should be punished but the 26 year old should be severely punished.
