Police Arrest Houston Resident For Displaying Fictitious Inspection Sticker

Police arrested a Houston resident on Nov. 5 for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker.
West U police arrested a 35-year-old Houston resident on Nov. 5 for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker.
Police pulled a vehicle over in the 4300 block of Bissonnet for an expired inspection sticker.
During the traffic stop, the officer discovered that the expired inspection sticker belonged to another vehicle.
The driver, Dennis Skinner, said he had been pulled over by the Houston Police Department who had advised him that the sticker did not belong on his vehicle.
Skinner was arrested for displaying a fictitious inspection sticker and was transferred to Harris County jail.
