Police Arrest Motorists For Driving While Intoxicated, Suspended Driver’s License

Police arrested two motorists for driving while intoxicated and driving while license suspended from Dec. 23-26.

Bellaire police arrested a 19-year-old male on Dec. 23 for driving while intoxicated.

According to police reports, officers responded to an accident in the 4400 block of Wendell and found the driver, Justin Beall, to be driving while intoxicated.

Police also discovered that Beall was driving with a fake ID card.

He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and fictitious ID.

On Dec. 26, Rudy Gramajo, 31, was arrested for driving while license suspended.

According to reports, Gramajo was pulled over in the 6200 block of IH 610 southbound for expired registration.

During the traffic stop, he was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license.

Gramajo was arrested for the offense.
