Police Make Arrest For Driving While Intoxicated, Unlawfully Carrying A Handgun

Bellaire police arrested a 25-year-old man on Jan. 1 for driving while intoxicated and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Bellaire police arrested a 25-year-old man on Jan. 1 for driving while intoxicated.

According to reports, police pulled a vehicle over in the 4600 block of Bissonnet for making an illegal right turn.

During the traffic stop, the driver, David Taylor, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a 9mm handgun.

Taylor was arrest for driving while intoxicated and for unlawful carrying of a weapon.
