Bellaire Police arrested William Martin, 20, for driving while intoxicated on April 18.
Police found Martin slumped behind the wheel of his Ford F150 at a stop light in the 6700 block of IH 610. He was blocking a lane of traffic.
On April 22, Hanna Kirk, 21, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
Kirk crashed her white Lincoln Town Car into the wall of the northbound IH 610.
On April 21, police were called to Bellaire High School because a student was caught with Xanax.
On April 23, police were called to Bellaire High School because a student was caught with marijuana.
