The operator of the planned café at the new Evelyn’s Park will be one of the premier local chefs cooking up specialties Oct. 22 at “Wine, Dine, Design,” a preview of four of the featured homes 2015 Bellaire Fall New Home Showcase.
Jamie Zelko of Zelko Bistro in the Heights will be preparing her sustainable cuisine and discussing her plans for the park eatery. Other fare will include with authentic Mexican regional gourmet specialties from Arnaldo Richards of Picos, and featured items from Ragin Cajun and chocolates from Dany Kamkhagi. In addition to the food demonstrations and tasting, there will be spirit presentations, and food and drink pairings.
A complimentary shuttle service will be provided between locations. The Evelyn’s Park Conservancy will be the beneficiary of the event and the home showcase.
The 10th annual Fall New Home Showcase highlights the talents of Houston custom homebuilders while showcasing the latest trends in design and furnishings.
