The City of Southside Place will hold a public hearing tonight, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. at 6309 Edloe, on the proposed redevelopment of the Blair House Apartments at 4139 Bellaire Blvd. Some residents around the complex are concerned that the four-story project with a five level parking structure will increase traffic problems along Academy – the only entrance and exit planned for the development.
