Residents Have Bicycles, Lawn Mowers Stolen From West U Homes

A bicycle was stolen from a home in the 3900 block of Tennyson on Aug. 23.
An unknown person entered the resident’s garage and stole the bike.
On Aug. 25, a lawn mower was stolen from the front yard of a home in the 3500 block of Plumb.
On Aug. 26, a purse was stolen from a vehicle in the 4100 block of Lehigh.
An unknown person smashed the vehicle’s passenger side window and stole the purse.
On Aug. 28, a portable DVD player was stolen from a vehicle in the 6100 block of Charlotte.
On Aug. 28, someone stole cosmetic items from a package on the front porch of a home in the 6700 block of Westchester.
