The Harris County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a Bellaire Realtor whose family and friends became concerned when she hadn’t been heard from since leaving for work Thursday.

Violet Marie Mackrizz, 59, was last seen driving away from her home in Tomball in northwest Harris County in her black 2016 Mercedes A250 with Texas plates MBV1949. She’s described as 5-feet-2-inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Mackrizz joined Coldwell Banker’s Bellaire office in February, where her brother, Juan Mackrizz, is also a Realtor.  For 22 years before retiring, the native of Peru had worked in finance with the school system of Texas Department of Criminal Justice in Huntsville.

The HCSO is asking anyone with information on Mackrizz’s whereabouts to contact the Missing Persons Unit at 713-655-7427 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477. The Houston Association of Realtors has also put out a widely disseminated alert to locate Mackrizz.
