All remaining post-sidewalk construction site restoration, excluding the east side of Kirby Drive portion of the West U. sidewalk project, is scheduled to be complete by mid-October. The schedule was delayed due to Hurricane Ike.
Construction of sidewalks along the west side of Kirby Dive from Holcombe Boulevard to University Boulevard is being scheduled for the near future. Affected residents will be notified prior to construction. The city is currently drafting a tree protection plan for the City of Houston to review.
